Common questions

Common questions.

Something else? Get in touch.

Is there a per-patient cost?

No. Pricing is per clinic, not per patient. AI triage and photo storage are included at every tier.

How does the free tier work?

Solo clinicians can run 50 active patients on Starter forever. Upgrade only when you need multiple clinicians or advanced billing.

Do you charge for setup?

Practice and Group include implementation help. Custom migration from another EHR is quoted separately.

Where is data stored?

Primary region is AU (Sydney). Group customers can opt into single-region residency (EU, US, or ANZ) at contract time.
