These terms apply to every person and organisation that uses Lucent Health, whether as a patient, clinician, or clinic administrator. Using the service means accepting these terms in full.
Lucent Health is a communication and treatment-management platform. It does not replace clinical judgement. Every prescription, escalation, and treatment plan issued through the portal is authored by a registered clinician associated with the clinic tenant.
Paid plans renew monthly on the anniversary of the first payment. You can cancel from the admin billing page and continue using the service until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Clinics own their clinical records. Patients own their personal health data. Lucent Health processes both under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each clinic. Export is available from the admin portal at any time in machine-readable formats.
Reverse engineering, scraping the portal, and impersonating clinicians are prohibited. Automated access must go through the documented APIs and honour rate limits.
We may suspend access for material breach of these terms with 14 days written notice. In the case of imminent risk to patients or systems, suspension is immediate and notice follows within 24 hours.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are handled in the courts of NSW unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.
We’ll update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified in-app and by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
